Frank is the Founder and CEO of Restin, a Washington D.C. based company building a better online shopping experience for connected health and home automation devices. Founded in 2010, Restin initially gained traction by building a national rental business providing robotic massage chairs. Customers include major brands like Hyundai, IBM, Sprint, State Farm, Under Armour, and Wells Fargo who use the massage chairs for strategic marketing activations at trade shows and events.
Frank is also the co-founder of Fosterly, a community organization that has connected thousands of entrepreneurs through an online platform and dozens of events. In 2015 Frank organized Collaborate, an innovation conference attracting over 1,000 attendees, 135 speakers and dozens of sponsors including Verizon, Facebook, Github, Reddit, and Booze Allen Hamilton.
In 2015, Frank was recognized as one of the to 40 entrepreneurs under 40 in Washington, D.C. by Bisnow.
Frank holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of William & Mary with a concentration in Architecture. While at the College of William & Mary, Frank earned the J. Binford Walford Architecture Scholarship three consecutive years.
