Frank is the Founder & CEO of Restin, a Washington D.C. based company providing premium robotic massage chairs and wellness solutions for the workplace. Restin sells direct to consumers across the U.S. and to business customers including Allergen, Intel, IBM, Under Armour, and WeWork. In 2016 Restin was named to the Entrepreneur 360 List by Entrepreneur Magazine recognizing top performers in impact, innovation, growth and leadership.
A leader in the Washington D.C. entrepreneurial community, Frank is a Co-Founder of Fosterly, and regularly leads initiatives to connect innovators, promote collaboration, and support the creative economy. Working with city leadership, Frank has created several programs with lasting and meaningful impact including the WeDC Ambassador program. In 2015, Frank was recognized as one of the top 40 entrepreneurs under 40 in Washington, D.C. by Bisnow.
Frank holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of William & Mary with a concentration in Architecture. While at the College of William & Mary, Frank earned the J. Binford Walford Architecture Scholarship three consecutive years.
