Frank is a co-founder of Fosterly, a community organization that has connected thousands of entrepreneurs through an online platform and dozens of events and currently serves as the Director of Collaborate – The Innovator’s Conference. He has also mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs through Lean Startup Machine workshops, teaching principles of customer development and rapid iteration.

Frank holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of William & Mary with a concentration in Architecture. While at the College of William & Mary, Frank earned several awards including the J. Binford Walford Architecture Scholarship, three consecutive years.
