Frank is an entrepreneur, startup advisor, and community builder based in Washington, D.C. In 2010, he founded Restin which has grown to become the only national provider of robotic massage chairs for rent and lease. Restin clients include major brands like Bank of America, Hyundai, IBM, Sprint, Under Armour, and Wells Fargo. Frank is also involved in several other ventures ranging from software control systems development for consumer health technologies to a high-end experience production company The Expedition.
To support the growing community of innovators in D.C., Frank created Collaborate, a unique conference attracting over 1,000 attendees and 135 speakers in it’s first year. He has also mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs through Lean Startup Machine workshops, teaching principles of customer development and rapid iteration. In 2015, Frank was recognized as one of the to 40 entrepreneurs under 40 in Washington, D.C. by Bisnow.
Frank holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of William & Mary with a concentration in Architecture. While at the College of William & Mary, Frank earned several awards including the J. Binford Walford Architecture Scholarship.
